CSIS 472: Organizational Change and Development

This course is offered by the School of Business

Description: This course explores the complexity and dynamics of change in organizations. It considers the implications of different types of change and different change intervention techniques. Special topics covered include managing resistance to change, organization development, and change leadership. Students are given the opportunity to apply intervention strategies for change in individual, group, and organizational situations.
